The Training Program

The most important element of this research-based learning process is the DBA thesis, which is publicly defended by the candidate. It must be written in English, with some exceptions. In order to introduce the candidate to the world of research and equip him with the skills needed to write his thesis, the candidate benefits from training modules in English, in person and remotely, of 120 hours divided as follows:

• Theoretical Perspectives in Strategic Management (30h)
• Innovation and entrepreneurship theory and practice (30h)
• Research Design (30h)
• Qualitative Research Methods and Quantitative Research Methods (30h)

Before embarking on a topic, the candidate will have to produce and defend a research proposal before the DBA monitoring committee. Then, during the writing, he will be accompanied by two supervisors: qualified researchers in the field of expertise of his work.

Understanding and Acting in An Increasingly Complex Business World

The DBA is aimed at reflective managers who wish to develop new skills to understand and act in an increasingly complex business world. Training through research allows them to decipher the theoretical knowledge produced.

Acquire a Critical Mind to Identify Managerial Issues

The DBA also allows you to acquire a critical mindset to identify managerial issues that limit economic and social performance and to integrate the skills and rigor necessary to transform the knowledge acquired into managerial solutions.
