为了应对技术变革带来的挑战,国际劳工组织国际培训中心(ITCILO)在都灵发展学院(TSD)的支持下并与领先的技术大学都灵理工大学合作,开设了技术与公共政策硕士学位。
硕士课程由一个远程学习和四个课堂教学模块组成。在整个学习过程中,参与者将研究当前主要的技术创新轨迹,了解其在各个层面(例如就业、贫困和社会凝聚力、环境)的经济和社会影响,并了解公共政策在评估和设计政策干预措施以应对创新传播中出现的问题方面的作用
学员将获得科学、技术和政策分析工具、技术和技能的组合,以识别和预测变化,同时应对各自相关领域的复杂情况。因此,该硕士课程将提高公共行政机构、政党、战略咨询、工会、机构关系部门和大型企业公共事务等领域从业人员的技能和就业能力。
通过科学、技术和政策分析工具、技术和技能的独特组合,该硕士课程具有双重目标:提供理解技术创新及其带来的挑战所需的专业知识和能力,并培养能够通过公共政策引导和管理这一创新的参与者。
Methodology
硕士课程为期一年,采用混合式密集学习方式,包括一门远程学习和四门课堂教学模块。为了尽量减少对学员在家工作的干扰,课程期间只有四个月必须全程参加课堂教学,以同步和/或面对面的方式进行。
硕士课程融合了理论和实践学习方法,旨在吸引和激励学生。该课程提供的独特学习途径确保以多学科和应用方法实现非凡的知识和实践能力转移。
参与者通过实践学习体验与环境互动,包括案例研究、研讨会、积极参观研究中心和实验室、小组作业和政策实验室。

课程
This one-year Master's program is intensive by design. It combines three phases: distance learning module, face-to-face component, and preparation of the final thesis.
Phase 1: Distance Learning
Students learn and practice on their own time through an online platform and live webinars. They will receive support from a tutoring service with expertise in the subject matter and exchange views with other participants.

Phase 2: Face-to-Face at the Itcilo Campus in Turin
This phase is the core learning component of the Master. Participants will learn and practice through live classes held by an international faculty. Classes will be held in presence at the ITCILO Campus in Turin.

Active visits to technology labs and research centers of Politecnico di Torino.
Phase 3: Final Thesis
Finalization and delivery of an original written project on a topic related to technology and public policy as the final thesis
through home-based research. The project should be based on a specific economic, social or environmental challenge
and testable at the country or community level. Tutors will provide guidance throughout the whole phase.

The Master merges theoretical and practical learning methodologies that are designed to engage and motivate students. The unique learning path offered by this programme ensures an extraordinary transfer of knowledge and practical competencies with a multidisciplinary and applied approach.
Participants interact with their environment through a hands-on learning experience, which includes case studies, workshops, active visits to research centres and labs, group works and policy laboratories.

Partial Scholarships
A limited number of partial scholarships are available, on a competitive basis, for students from developing countries.
Participants who wish to apply for a partial scholarship, are required to specify it on the application form.
