金融
博士ISCTE-IUL的金融课程是一项严格的课程，旨在培训学生进行高质量的研究。该计划适合想要成为研究型大学的教职员工，金融机构的领导研究部门或在金融行业活动中应用最先进的模型和技术的最前沿的学生。该计划完全用英语授课，本质上是高度定量的，因此是新博士学位。学生通常具有金融，经济学，工程学，数学或统计学的背景。尽管有些学生在进入博士学位之前已经完成了研究生的工作。程序，没有必要进行任何研究生培训。

Goals
- The Finance PhD Program at ISCTE-IUL is a rigorous program designed to train students to produce high quality research.
- The program is suited to students who want to become faculty members at research universities or who want to lead research departments at financial institutions.
- During the first year, students take a broad sequence of courses in finance, economics and econometrics. After the first year, students work solely on their research.
Goals Learning
The students in this study cycle must be capable of:
- (i) master the tools (Economic and Finance theory, econometric methods and others) necessary to conduct high quality research in Finance;
- (ii) know and comprehend in-depth several topics of research in the Finance;
- (iii) contribute in an independent and innovative way to the research in a Finance topic. In all curricular units, these objectives are defined operationally and evaluated with the instruments deemed as the most adequate for each type of objective.

Fees and Financial Aid
- For the Ph.D. in Finance, the tuition fees for 2019-20 are €2,750 per year.
