- Mastering technological literacy in social action;
- Design social intervention plans based on digital techniques and platforms;
- Articulate social responses between face-to-face and telework with vulnerable audiences;
- Implement virtual communication mechanisms with the proximity social network, promoting the management of the social response through digital mechanisms.
