中文及历史系提供中文及历史主修课程，设有两个方向：a) 中文及 b) 历史与文化遗产。本系旨在培养学生的进阶专业知识，以及广泛的分析和写作技巧。

本专业旨在教育学生，使他们成为熟悉语言学和与语言相关的应用程序的语言专业人员。学生还将培养对不同文化背景的人的分析，批判性和创造性思维，以及开放的态度。

This programme aims to enable students to become "graduates of choice" for a rapidly changing global fashion design industry, and to equip graduates to enter the world of work at a professional level, who can intelligently and skilfully engage with emerging issues and opportunities, particularly in Mainland China. It also aims to develop students' creative and practical abilities, and provides a sound grounding in the theoretical and technical aspects of the subject, enabling them to become masters in making, driven by informed conceptualisation.

社会政策和社会创业（荣誉）文学士有两个主要目标。首先，教育学生成为有效、高效和有爱心的社会政策实践者，负责分析、制定和实施社会政策以提高社会福祉。其次，该计划培养致力于成为有能力、创新和道德的社会企业家，能够将社会问题转化为机遇的学生。学生还应培养信息素养、批判性思维和解决问题的能力，并维护核心社会价值观。该计划还使学生能够获得终身学习所需的知识和技能。 学生展示社会政策分析和社会企业运营方面的知识和技能。他们还应培养社会同理心、道德敏感性、批判能力和对理解社会政策从业者和社会企业家面临的主要问题和挑战的持续兴趣。

设计（荣誉）文学士计划旨在培养对社会需求敏感的创新和有意识的问题解决者，并为他们提供必要的智力、技术和管理技能，以促进他们发展成为塑造当代文化的设计师并发明理想的未来。 成功完成相关学科的毕业要求后，学生将获得以下头衔之一： 广告设计（荣誉）学士学位（流代码：AD）；传播设计（荣誉）文学士（代码：CD）；环境与室内设计（荣誉）文学士（课程代码：EID）；或产品设计学士（荣誉）学位（课程代码：PRD）。

This Programme offers a unique programme tailored to the development of public relations specialists with a solid foundation in public relations, marketing, management, and international events management.

The rapid development of the sports and recreation industry in Hong Kong has created a strong demand for related professionals. This programme aims to provide students with a rigorous and intellectual programme of study who wish to pursue or further advance their careers in the cognate areas of sports coaching, sports therapy, or recreation management. Through high-quality education and training which emphasise both theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as professional skills, and working experience from Work-Integrated Learning, graduates will be professionally and/or clinically competent in their disciplines. Students will specialise in one of the three specialisations: (1) sports coaching, (2) sports therapy, and (3) recreation management, in order to develop their professional competence.

This programme aims to nurture a new generation of professionals for the rapidly developing hotel sector in Hong Kong as well as in the region. In order to equip students with strong theory and practical knowledge and skills in hotel operations management, a broad range of hotel topics including food & beverage management, front office and housekeeping management, hotel revenue management, and staff development and training will be covered in the programme.
